About Us

Good News Church began in July 1979 as a charismatic church in Tupelo. Starting from a house church, larger quarters were soon needed and a move was made to rent space from a Seventh Day Adventist Church. Within a few years, property in West Tupelo was purchased and a building erected, which was outgrown and necessitated a new building in 2000. At the present time, a 600-seat auditorium, gymnasium, annex and youth center make up the camp

Good News Church is a present-truth, presence-driven church that longs to be a part of the fulfillment of Habakkuk 2:14, “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.”
